It's Fantastic Friday!!

Hello everyone.

Welcome to Kiondra Sells Tupperware...

I hope that you have been having a great week so far!

Is there an organization that you are passionate about?  Have you ever wanted to do a Fundraiser   Well, I have the solution.

Fundraising with Tupperware may seem a old fashioned but it actually still makes a great fundraiser.
Why? - Because you are working with one of the most well known and trusted housewares in the world.  These useful products have always been incredibly popular and there are few homes that do not contain some items of Tupperware.  As a part of our commitment to the communities in which we operate Tupperware Fundraising has long been part of our story.

With the online fundraiser your organization is given a shopping portal to The Tupperware Online Store.
You encourage your supporters to shop online and receive 40% of any orders placed through your organization.  Online Tupperware Fundraisers are great if your supporters are spread out nationally or over a wide area. They are also perfect if you distribute a regular newsletter. Simply provide your web-link to the site.  It also allows access to the entire Tupperware range and all sorts of web-only special deals.  It is easy to organize. Actually, I will make all the arrangements for you.

If you would like to have a Fundraiser Party, simply invite friends and supporters to a particular venue.
This might be:
A social evening at someone's house
A larger event at a school or church hall
A simple stall at any other event
Your organization will earn 40% commission on all party plan purchases.
You can never have too much Tupperware!

Important Training Information:
Are you using Facebook in your business?  If not, SHAME ON YOU!

Facebook is so instrumental to our business, but only if we are using it the correct way!  If you are using it correctly, you should be attracting new customers, hostesses and team members.  If you are doing it incorrectly, you are just annoying people!

I do not claim to be a social media guru... Trust me when I say that it is a work in progress (Seriously)!

To be successful on Facebook, you have to understand the differences between a Profile, a Page and a Group.

Do you know the differences?

OK, so this is my understanding (and remember, I am not the expert here):
A Profile is for personal use. Plain and simple.

A Page is for business or personal use.  It is always public and you cannot change the privacy settings.

A Group can also be business or personal, you can approve people to join and it can be public or private.

If there is something that you would like to add about these, please comment below.

Important Training Information:
Is text messaging better than making actual phone call?

This is a cause for debate.  When I started in Direct Sales it was "Smile and Dial". What I am finding out is that I will leave a message only to get a text message back.  Sooo... Guess what I have started to do?  Yup, you guessed it... Text Messaging.  I still make calls, but this I have found to be a game changer.

If call someone and they are busy, they rush you off the phone and may or may not call you back.  When you text someone, if they are busy, they can get back to you.  It is being respectful of the time of others.  You can also book a bunch of parties via text.  You can send way more text messages than you can make phone calls.  Find a great script that works for you and send it out to 50 people.  I challenge you to do that today!  Just don't send out a group text... that is TACKY!

Go for it and let me know how it works for you!

Are you being consistent in your business?

Yesterday, we talked about about our fears.  Today, I want to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and do something, anything!  Post in the comments below and you will be entered into a drawing!

When you are working your business, what are you doing to ensure that you are having consistent success?  If your business depends on parties, did you know that the easiest way to get additional parties is actually at the party?  You should ensure that you are dating AT LEAST 2! This way you can continue to work.  Offer something FREE if you have to!

Just remember if you want to earn business money then you have to treat your business as such!

Important Training Information:
Did you know that your mindset is one of the foundations of your business?

We sabotage our own success everyday.  We say that we FEAR things, we are not taking the reins on our business and we don't want to put int the work.

1.  FEAR - This is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real
If you think it or speak it, it will become real in your life.  We sometimes have to step out
of our comfort zone to overcome our fear.  Remember that fear is not of God.  When you
are at a point where you "think" that fear is creeping in.... Remember to Face Everything
     And Rise!

2.  Taking Control of YOUR schedule
Do you have you calendar mapped out each month?  If not, you should.  You have to
know when you want to work.  Make sure that your calendar is filled with all of your
obligations, meetings, appointments and then look at when you can have parties/classes.
Do not allow people to dictate when you are working.  Remember, this is your business
and you started it so that you could control your life.  I'm just saying!

3.  Not Putting in Work
Rome was not built in a day, so why do you feel that your business should bloom
overnight?  What are you doing to make sure that you are in business?  Are you treating
your business as a business or a hobby?  You must put in work in order to get results.
No one said that this would be easy, but the rewards.... oh, the rewards will be fabulous!

It's Monday Mayhem

Hello everyone.

I know it has been a LOOOOOOOONNNG time since I have posted anything, but I am now back in the saddle and ready to encourage, entertain and educate.  Please feel free to comment below if there are topics that you are interested in hearing my perspective on.  With that.... Welcome to Kiondra Sells Tupperware...

Are you still thinking about joining direct sales?  What is stopping you from taking the plunge?  There is no better time than the present to get started.  You Think Big, Start Small, bug Begin NOW! Remember that everyone who joins my team will get hand holding and great training and information during those first informative weeks.  After that, I am still here, but I am allowing you to be you.  With Tupperware, you are in business for yourself, but NEVER by yourself!

Recipe of the week:

7-Layer Cobb Salad

    Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine, chopped
  • 2 cups cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 2 cups tomato, diced
  • 2 cups avocado, diced
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, minced
  • 1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

  2. Make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup guacamole, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup buttermilk, and 1/4 tsp coars kosher salt. Pour dressing over salad. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Important Training Information:
If you are in direct sales, you know that parties (demonstrations, classes - whatever you want to call them) are the LIFELINE of our business.  This is when you will meet people that are outside of your circle and you can meet potential hosts and team members.  This is your opportunity for them to see you in action and determine if they want to work with you or JOIN your team!

The reason people book with YOU is because they think that you have a good time!  Yes, it's nice to get free items, but why waste time with someone who is BORING?  You make people laugh and they are having a good time.  That is what they buy into.  Yes, you are giving them the features and benefits of your product, but you are being encouraging, entertaining, and education them on your product.  You have to OWN it and truly love what you do!  I know that I DO!
